By using this website or purchasing an ebook, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Ebooks are digital PDF files delivered via a download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required.

When you purchase an ebook, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, print, and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the file publicly.

All recipes, photographs, text, and design elements on this site are owned by Judymama and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce content without written permission, except for reasonable personal use of purchased ebooks.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping content at scale, or interfering with normal operation.

Recipes are provided in good faith and tested in a home kitchen. Cooking results can vary based on equipment, ingredients, and technique. You are responsible for checking for allergens and cooking food safely. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Judymama is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the recipes or ebooks.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the creator's country of residence. Any dispute will first be addressed informally by contacting hello@judymama.com.
