Refund Policy

We want you to love your ebook. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds follow the rules below.

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided:

• You have not downloaded the ebook file, or
• The file you received is damaged, corrupted, or does not match the product description.

Email hello@judymama.com with your order reference and a short note about the reason. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Refunds may be declined if the ebook has been downloaded and is not defective, or if the request is made outside the 7-day window. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under local law.
